Porter Job Summary: The Porter performs a full range of duties and responsibilities in support of the lounge operations. Puts away deliveries in an organized and efficient manner. Cleans and organizes storage areas. Performs inventory count. Stocks and rotates food items in kitchen, pantry, and bar areas following FIFO method. Porter Basic Skills: Hospitality Focus – focus on guest satisfaction and providing memorable experiences. Generous, friendly, and warm spirited. Guest Experience- Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times ensuring the highest level of guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas. Restock beverage stations, pantry, and kitchen with product to par levels utilizing a cart to move items from storage area(s) to appropriate lounge area(s). Put away deliveries in an efficient and organized manner following FIFO method. Maintain required log sheets (receiving log, temperature logs, etc.). Perform inventory count. Label and date products.
