Job Summary: The CT Technologist is responsible for performing computed tomography procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. They operate advanced imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure. Responsibilities: Operate CT imaging equipment accurately according to physician orders and protocols. Prepare and position patients appropriately to obtain optimal imaging results. Monitor patient condition during procedures, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain equipment calibration and perform routine maintenance checks. Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff. Document procedures, observations, and technical data accurately in patient records. Qualifications: Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or equivalent certification. Proven experience in CT imaging, ideally in a clinical setting. Knowledge of imaging protocols, safety procedures, and patient care standards. Ability to operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging equipment. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
