We are looking for a senior litigator to join Apple's commercial litigation team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned business-to-business litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities and conditions can shift on a daily basis. This role requires a lawyer with exceptional judgment, the ability to deliver concise and actionable advice in real time, and the experience to independently drive complex, high-stakes commercial disputes across multiple jurisdictions around the world.
As a member of Apple's Commercial Litigation team, you will not be merely monitoring outside counsel. Rather, you will personally be formulating and driving strategy as well as providing counsel to internal clients on a wide range of novel matters. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment and a trial-focused approach. Travel is required. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests.
