Job Description
**Position Purpose:
** To support our customers and Texas Injection Molding manufacturing through managing team handling mixing, grinding, drying, moving and maintaining accurate inventory of all raw materials, finished goods, packaging, etc.
**Job Responsibilities:
**
Removal of molds and lead changeover activities
Assisting shift supervisor in supporting multiple machines through monitoring operators
Handling and sorting of production molds, fixtures and components
Basic monitoring of production process
Maintaining and cleaning the machine and work area
**Expectations:

To complete simple machine adjustments
To have the ability to discern good and bad parts

High School Diploma or equivalent
**Knowledge/Skills and Abilities:
**
A positive can-do attitude
Ability to speak and write English
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time and Climb
Proficient mathematics
Good interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Shows good judgment
Ability to work independently and handle projects to completion
Ability to lift 55lbs. without injury
