As a Loan Officer Assistant, your number one customer is the Loan Officer and will be assisting them from the beginning of the application to closing. You will be working closely with processors and the applicants throughout the entire loan process. To succeed in this role, you will need to create raving fans by having strong communication skills and be passionate about providing an excellent customer experience.
