Job OpportunityFull-time | Steady work | Room to move up |Earn $17–$20 per hour during training, then transition to competitive piece-rate pay.What Your Day Looks LikeYou'll start early, either meeting at the shop or heading directly to the jobsite.After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You'll install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. You'll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You'll work until the job is done and then head home.Who You'll Work WithYou'll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right. If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you'll feel supported and welcomed.What You'll Be DoingLoad and track materials on trucksSet up ladders or scaffoldingCut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspacesStaple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulationDrive a company vehicle when needed and keep it cleanFollow all job site safety proceduresWhat We're Looking ForReliable transportationConstruction or installation experience is a plus (we will train the right person)Comfortable using hand toolsAble to work in tight spaces and at heightsAble to lift 50 lbsAble to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periodsBilingual is a plus, not requiredDriver's license and acceptable motor vehicle report required if job duties include operating a company vehicleSome assignments require a valid driver's licenseA valid driver's license is required for tasks involving the transportation of equipment or travel between sitesThe Physical Side (So You Know What to Expect)This is active, hands-on work. You'll be moving, lifting, climbing, and working in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, or dusty environments. We provide training, proper equipment, and follow safety standards.
